Chef Will has more than 15 years experience successfully channelling his creativity and passion into menus and events for musicians, captains of industry, politicians and CEO’s Australia wide. Will's role as Staff Director at six Port Macquarie Ironman events ignited his passion for large scale functions.


 Danielle takes inspiration from her experience working in a variety of establishments Australia wide, including Lord Howe Island, Perisher Snow Fields, Perth and Melbourne.  


Together we have catered backstage at Groovin the Moo and Stereo Sonic music festivals; boutique cocktail parties for Chanel, David Jones and large scale catering at the Brisbane ECCA & corporate functions for BHP Billiton and Delloitte Australia. 


Having embraced a broad mix of culture and cuisine, we have decided to return home to 
Port Macquarie and share our love of flavour driven experience with the community.
